Jesus Christ said in Mathew 17:20 ‘if you have Faith small as a mustard seed you can tell mountains to move, and they will obey you. Peter had learned from Jesus and understood that he had received the Holy Spirit Jesus promised, so he believed in the power of God at work in him… and that is why he was able to order the lame man to walk in Acts 3:6-7. Peter did not plead and beg with long prayer – instead realising the authority Jesus has given him, by Faith, He commanded the lame man to rise up and walk in Jesus’ Name… and because He believed the man was healed, He helped the man up, and he walked. If you are Born Again, you also have the same Power at work in you(Romans 8:11). But because your Faith in God ignites God’s Power to perform; read and Meditate on Gods Word daily, for Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. And after you have heard God’s Word long enough, like Peter, be bold and order situations and circumstances to act in your favour, so that the good plans of God shall be fulfilled in your life.
